Miloslav focuses mainly on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Miloslav is a member of the TCF team, where he provides support to other team members, in particular by drafting documents in both Czech and English.
Miloslav joined the firm in 2022. His previous experience includes working for Eutis, a non-profit company, where he was a project coordinator for informal educational seminars on the European Union, and time at a McDonald’s franchise where he worked as a shift supervisor.
Miloslav is a 3rd year student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where in his free time he actively cooperates with student associations in organizing academic projects.
