Petra focuses on personal data protection and privacy, information and communication technology law, intellectual property, e-commerce and contracts.

She focuses on drafting and reviewing documentation impacting the area of personal data protection and supporting audits by the Office for Personal Data Protection for both private and public sector clients. In addition to data protection, she also focuses on information and communication technology and intellectual property in the area of contracts. In her practice, she deals with the preparation and drafting of legal analyses of clients’ business plans.

In the area of e-commerce, she is particularly involved in drafting and reviewing commercial terms and conditions and ensuring the provision of transparent information to consumers.
