Margarita Karešová Kucharčuk specializes mainly in (international and domestic) arbitration as well as litigation at ROWAN LEGAL.

Prior to joining ROWAN LEGAL, Margarita practiced law for more than seven years in the Prague office of a leading international law firm. Margarita regularly publishes, is a member of the editorial board of the Common Law Review and a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.

Margarita has extensive experience in providing legal services to clients in complex arbitration

and court proceedings, including international investment arbitration and litigation with an international element, in the areas of energy, including renewable energy, construction, information technology, automotive and sports law. Margarita also focuses on advising on domain name disputes.
