ROWAN LEGAL’s team grows with the addition of Kamil Jelínek

JUDr. Kamil Jelínek joins ROWAN LEGAL’s public procurement team as an Of Counsel. In his practice, Kamil focuses on the award of public tenders in IT, as well as vendor lock-in and administrative law.  Before joining ROWAN LEGAL, he worked as an assistant judge for four years in the department of administrative law at the Brno Regional Court.

Kamil graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where he currently teaches administrative law. Last year he also published a book, Právní aspekty sdílení dat v rámci informačních technologií konceptu Smart City v dopravě a jejich dopady do práva veřejných zakázek [The Legal Aspects of Data Sharing in Information Technologies such as Smart City in Transport and Their Impact on Public Procurement Law].

“Kamil is a valuable addition to our public procurement team not only because of his knowledge of IT public tendering and administrative law, but also due to his experience from the Regional Court.
