Within ROWAN LEGAL, Anna Cervanová is a member of teams dedicated to information technology law, competition protection, energy law, regulation and compliance. In the field of information technology law, Anna focuses mainly on new technologies, personal data protection and e-commerce law. In the field of competition protection, Anna deals with issues of public support and mergers, from the point of view of Czech and EU law.
Anna often links the areas of information technology rights and competition protection when dealing with, for example, the competitive aspects of the use of personal data or the competition law assessment of business models used by software manufacturers and distributors. In the field of energy law, Anna is significantly involved in a number of projects, in particular obtaining and recognizing foreign licenses for business in the energy sector in the Czech Republic, resolving contractual relationships with the market operator and other actions and relationships necessary to operate in the energy market. In the area of regulation and compliance, Anna mainly deals with the introduction of compliance systems in companies, the issue of protection of whistleblowers and legal requirements for doing business in regulated industries.
