Anna Cervanová is a member of the ROWAN LEGAL teams focusing on competition law, energy law, regulation and compliance.
In the area of competition protection, Anna Cervanová deals mainly with issues of publicaid and mergers of competitors, both from the perspective of Czech and EU law. She is also involved in providing legal advice on agreements between competitors and the abuse of dominant position.
In the field of energy law, Anna is significantly involved in a number of projects, in particular, in obtaining and recognizing foreign licenses for doing business in the energy sector in the Czech Republic, dealing with contractual relations with market operatorsand other acts and relations necessary for operating on the energy market.
In the area of regulation and compliance, Anna deals in particular with the implementationof compliance systems in companies, whistleblower protection issues and legal requirements for doing business in regulated sectors. She also deals with product marketing and product safety issues.
Representing a Czech telecommunications service provider in filing a complaint against public aid with the European Commission.
Legal advice and representation of a foreign group before the Energy Regulatory Authority.
Representing an authority in connection with the recognition of a foreign license for electricity and gas trading, advising on the conclusion of contracts with the market operator and other entities.
Implementation of an anti-corruption compliance system, including certification according to ISO 37001 for a major owner of water supply and sewerage systems in the Czech Republic.
Preparation of the legal part of a compliance risk assessment for one of the largest betting companies in the Czech Republic, coordination of the preparation of legislative analyses in 4 countries.
Legal advice on the preparation and negotiation of a contract for comprehensive train maintenance of metro 81-71M on metro lines A and B using the Full Service method.
