Filip Novotný specialises in public procurement law, competition law and public investment law in general. In his practice, he advises both contracting authorities and bidders for public contracts at all stages of the procurement procedure, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Office of Public Procurement and in proceedings before administrative courts.

In the field of public procurement law, Filip provides both preventive and litigation legal advice. He deals, among other things, with the preparation of tender documents, legal analyses, procedural submissions of contracts and generally providing legal advice in all steps related to the preparation and administration of procurement procedures.
