He has in-depth experience in providing legal support in the preparation of tender conditions in line with contract legislation, including the drafting of complex contractual terms and conditions for many major projects, not only in the construction sector, but also in ICT, water, waste management, education, etc., and in providing legal support to bidders for the most important public contracts awarded in the Czech Republic, including projects co-financed by EU operational programs. He also provides partial legal opinions on key issues in the field of public procurement and concessions. During his practice he has also gained experience in numerous successful review proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition in the context of public procurement reviews.
