Michaela Jiříková specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and transaction advisory at ROWAN LEGAL. Her practice also includes advising on financial market regulation, particularly in relation to credit financial institutions, and corporate governance, including compliance.
Michaela has experience in providing legal services to Czech and foreign clients and investors, mainly from the private sector. In the area of acquisitions and divestitures, Michaela has been involved in a number of transactions over the years, both on the sellers’ and buyers’ side, mainly in the financial, manufacturing, technology, construction and energy industries. Michaela is also involved in general corporate advisory work, including complex corporate governance & compliance set-ups and advising on financial market regulation, particularly in relation to financial and credit institutions.
Prior to joining ROWAN LEGAL, Michaela worked for almost five years at BBH, among other law firms, but has also gained experience in other settings.
