Samuel Král specializes at ROWAN LEGAL in the areas of intellectual property law,

domain disputes, industrial property, IT, cybersecurity, franchising, and contractual matters between businesses. He has extensive experience with the entire IP life cycle – from creation and confidentiality, through registration (trademarks, industrial designs, and patents) and licensing, to the protection and enforcement of rights.

He works with clients in IT, banking, online platforms and social networks, automation, and the gaming and film industries

(TV series, films, actors, directors, etc.), as well as in culture (orchestras, artists, record producers) and commerce. In the areas of IT and cybersecurity, he focuses on audits, licensing (including open source), work contracts, deliveries and support for large IT systems, agile development, and billion-dollar projects for key banking systems and government information systems.

Samuel is accredited for IP Scan and IP Enforcement within the SME Fund.

He studied at the Faculty of Law at Charles University and UCLAN in the UK. He previously worked at Baker McKenzie (IP) and Havel & Partners (IT). He is a member of ALAI, a frequent speaker at conferences, and the author of dozens of articles, mainly in the field of intellectual property law and cybersecurity.
