Ondřej provides clients with legal services in the field of public procurement and public investments, including public support issues. Ondřej also focuses on transport, logistics and traffic law, as well as information technology law.
Ondřej primarily provides legal advice to public procurement authorities, particularly in the preparation of tender conditions, during the procurement procedure, including handling any objections and representation in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition or administrative courts. In this context, he participated in the preparation of tender documents for major public contracts for clients in the ICT, construction and transport sectors. The aggregate value of the public contracts he has been involved in preparing amounts to tens of billions of CZK.
Ondřej also provides procurement advice to contractors bidding for public contracts in the preparation of their bids and at all other stages of the public investment cycle.
In the transport and logistics sector, he focuses on new technologies such as autonomous mobility, electromobility and intelligent transport systems, as well as projects related to transport services and transport telematics in general.
He advises public administration clients on public procurement law for projects in the ICT construction and transport sectors.
Provided legal support to a public contracting authority for the servicing of transport and telematics equipment worth hundreds of millions of euros. The firm has advised on a number of projects involving hundreds of millions CZK, including advising on the review of the contracting authority’s procedure before the Office for the Protection of Competition.
Provided ongoing competition law advice on matters worth tens of millions of CZK to a large investment and development group.
Provides regular support in implementing and maintaining compliance systems for several major companies operating in the energy and transport sectors.
He also provides legal services to foreign clients in the areas of licensing proceedings, regulatory issues and pharmaceutical law.
As one of the members of the Transport and Logistics team, he participated in winning the Law Firm of the Year CZ award for ROWAN LEGAL. – winner of the Logistics and Transport Construction category in 2021.
