Petr Zábranský has been an attorney since the beginning of 2018 and he works at ROWAN LEGAL as an Senior Associate specializing in litigation, both in proceedings before general courts and arbitration, in administrative law and criminal law.
Before joining ROWAN LEGAL, Petr worked for more than five years at another law firm in Prague where he gained experience in a wide spectrum of areas of law and apart from contractual matters, he represented clients in court, including insolvency proceedings.
Petr graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and during his studies did internships in courts.

He represented the insolvency administrator in a number of incidental disputes conducted within the insolvency proceedings of VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING a.s.
He provided advice to Výstaviště Praha a.s. as the injured party in connection with suspicious contracts relating to the holding of a highly publicized event and in connection with suspicious construction contracts.
Represented a client, an advertising company, in a dispute over the payment of more than CZK 10 million as unpaid remuneration for marketing services provided.
He advised a client on a dispute over the value of his business share, which was estimated at more than CZK 10 million.
He successfully represented a client, a private higher education institution, in administrative proceedings on limiting accreditation.
He is part of a team that provides legal services to a major hosting service provider in its disputes with organizations representing copyright owners.
