Karolína specializes in contract law and public procurement. She also specializes in civil litigation. In her previous practice, she also focused on the right to free access to information.

Karolína joined the ROWAN LEGAL team in September 2023. Prior to that, she worked for several years in a domestic law firm, where she was involved in providing legal advice mainly to clients from the public sector. Her clients included mainly major companies from the transport and energy sectors. In her practice she mainly dealt with contract law and advising on public procurement. She also dealt with litigations.

Karolína graduated from Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she received her Master’s degree in 2019. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Security Management of the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague, during which she gained experience in crisis management, critical infrastructure and crisis legislation.

In 2023 Karolína was admitted to the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association.
