At ROWAN LEGAL, Martin specializes mainly in criminal law and the defence of individuals at all stages of criminal proceedings. In addition, he also represents clients in civil disputes.
In the field of criminal law, he has recently focused on the very actual issue of criminal liability of legal entities, including crime prevention and the creation of compliance programs. He also has extensive experience in recovering damages caused by unlawful prosecution or maladministration. He has been involved in the defence of individuals in high profile media cases.
Prior to joining ROWAN LEGAL, Martin worked in major Czech law firms, where he focused primarily on the defence of individuals and legal entities in criminal proceedings. As an attorney, he worked closely with leading experts in economic crime defence and civil litigation. In addition, he was partly engaged in general practice.
Martin’s involvement in significant cases demonstrates his expertise and skills in navigating complex and unresolved legal issues.
