Martina specializes in the field of insolvency law and restructuring, providing advisory services to clients, including both, creditors and debtors, at any stage of insolvency proceedings. She also specializes in litigation before civil courts.
Within her practice, she offers comprehensive legal advice on issues related to bankruptcy or impending insolvency, representing clients during insolvency proceedings, and handling any incidental disputes.
In the area of civil litigation, she focuses on the management and collection of claims for both banking and non-banking entities in the Czech Republic.
Martina joined the ROWAN LEGAL law firm in 2023 as an associate after working as an assistant judge in the commercial law sector. Prior to that, she worked in the banking sector and in law firms, as well as in the office of an insolvency trustee in the Czech Republic. In 2023, she was registered on the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association.
