Václava focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

As part of her work at the law firm, Václava provides support to the TCF department, especially in due diligence processes and preparation of transaction documentation. Among other things she participated in the acquisition of a majority stake in an industrial automation company by a major client of the law firm.

Václava joined the firm in 2022. Prior to that, she worked in an investment company where she focused on corporate law. She is a 3rd year student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, where she is most interested in commercial and civil law.
