Veronika specialises in advisory services in the field of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Veronika joined our law firm in 2023. Prior to that, she worked in a domestic law firm where she focused on corporate and contractual agenda, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law. In addition to her previous experience in law firms, she also undertook an internship at the Office of the Public Defender of Rights. Veronika is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where she obtained her Master’s degree in 2021.
