Zuzana specializes in implementing compliance management systems and providing ESG consulting services to corporate clients, including small and medium-sized enterprises.
Zuzana joined the law firm in 2023 after working for an international logistics company where she led the Compliance & Process department. She was part of the international team responsible for implementing the Compliance Management System in the Czech Republic, where she was responsible for the reporting of ESG data for the compliance area to the parent company. She led the team performing monitoring and risk analysis. Within the CEE region, she represented a team of 4 foreign sister companies responsible for the implementation of reporting according to Loi n. 2016-1691 Loi relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie économique (Sapin II). Before that, she worked as an interim manager in compliance, process, and control.
Zuzana holds a Master’s degree from the Metropolitan University in Prague, which she obtained in 2009.
