Martin Fišer specializes in the public sector, in particular in public procurement law with a focus on ICT and contract law.
In his practice, he has long provided comprehensive legal advice to public procurement authorities in the preparation of tender and contractual documentation and in legal support to contracting authorities in the public procurement process. In this context, Martin has gained significant experience in complex types of procurement procedures, such as competitive dialogue procedures and innovative partnership procedures. Martin is also involved in providing legal advice to suppliers participating in procurement procedures, particularly suppliers in the information technology sector.
As part of his practice, Martin also works on extensive legal analyses concerning problematic aspects of public procurement and issues related to the financing of projects with European funds.
Currently, he is actively involved in ICT law, particularly in connection with the implementation of ICT systems into the infrastructure of public contracting authorities. Martin Fišer is also active in publishing articles related to public procurement and ICT law.
