Hana specializes in public sector, in particular in public procurement law and contract law. She also specializes in energy law.

Currently, she focuses mainly on the area of public investments. Hana also has experience in the preparation and implementation of specific models of construction project implementation, such as the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) method. She provides legal advice to both public procurers and contractors in the field of tendering and concession procedures and proceedings before the Office of Public Procurement and the courts.

Within her specialization, Hana focuses mainly on drafting tender conditions, contract documents, legal analyses, complex administration of tender procedures and issues related to financing projects from European or national subsidies.
