North Bohemian Water Company – Methodology for price update of construction work

Due to the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine and generally rising input prices in the construction sector, we developed a comprehensive methodology for price updates of contracted construction works for the client, the largest water company in the Czech Republic and the broader Central European region. This methodology, when strictly adhering to the rules and limits of public procurement law, allowed the successful completion of several construction projects for the client that would otherwise undoubtedly face challenges in terms of quality and timely completion. The methodology served as inspiration for several other contracting authorities.
