We participated in the preparation of the Act on Bank Identity and were at its inception. Our role included processing extensive contractual documentation between banks, the company Bankovní identita, a. s. and its customers. We assist the company in developing new products, such as BankID SIGN electronic signature and qualified electronic signature for mortgage digitization.
For the client, we evaluated various scenarios for the implementation of artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance with legal regulations across multiple domains.
